1. Agreement to These Terms
healthcarediscovery.ai (the “Site”) is operated by Healthcare Discovery LLC (“Healthcare Discovery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 3, 4, 7, 13, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthcare Discovery LLC regarding the Site.
