Our library now includes more than 367 published articles spanning longevity science, precision medicine, AI in healthcare, and healthtech device intelligence. Device reviews are evaluated on clinical merit: published research, measured outcomes, sensor accuracy, regulatory status, and real-world utility. When we cite a study, we name the journal, the institution, and the year so readers can verify the finding independently. When evidence is mixed or preliminary, we say so.
